We would like to welcome you to High Grove of Lake County, one of the finest and most convenient vacation home resorts in Central Florida. Please take a minute to look through this FAQs; as it is full of useful information to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as can be. Please be sure to register at the clubhouse!

Clubhouse Information

High Grove offers a full-service clubhouse full of amenities for you and your family to enjoy.

8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. – 7 Days a week

*These hours include all clubhouse amenities including gym, high speed wireless internet and computer access, scale to weigh luggage, lounge, pool and spa.

High Grove Homes

All the homes in High Grove are individually owned and managed. In the unfortunate event you encounter a problem in your home, including cable or internet problems, you would need to contact the management company for your home. If no management company information was provided to you, please contact the owner of the home or your rental source.

Please do not park on the grass at any time. This will damage the sprinkler systems for the lawns. Please make sure your vehicle is fully on the driveway. Also, there is no street parking permitted.

The speed limit in High Grove is 15 mph. Please respect this speed limit as there are a lot of families and children present.

All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside of the homes and please make sure you clean up after your pets. We have pet waste stations around the resort.

In our community, each home is allowed to have up to 2 pets. This ensures a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all residents and their furry friends.

For information on pet policies, please reach out to the management company or the homeowner directly. They will provide you with the specific rules and guidelines regarding pets for your rental.

Trash Disposal

Trash pickup days are on Monday and Thursday and Recycle pickup days are early Monday morning. Trash must be in a trash bag inside the trash bin provided with the lid closed. Please note if trash day falls on a holiday there will be no pick up on that day. Trash will be picked up on the next day. We have valet trash service, meaning, we will take the bins to the curb the night before pickup and return them to the front of the garage after pickup. If you have any questions, please contact the clubhouse.

Quiet Hours

High Grove is a family resort and therefore we ask guests to keep their noise level to a minimum between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8 am. In the unlikely event you experience improper guest behavior, you may report directly to the Lake County Sheriff ’s Department at (352) 343-2101.

Trailers, Boats, Campers, and RV's

Trailers, boats, campers, or RVs are NOT permitted inside the resort and are subject to towing. A storage facility is available down the street, and you can contact them at 863-424-2310 for all your storage needs.

Video Surveillance

Video surveillance is in use on some common areas of the resort to aid in the prosecution of crimes. Please report any suspicious behavior to the clubhouse or the police at 352-343-2101.

Please note that some homes are equipped with Ring cameras. In the event of an emergency, and if you require the recordings for a report, please contact the management company or the homeowner of the home directly.

Business Services/Keeping Families Connected

As unfortunate as it is, some guests must work during their vacation. The clubhouse offers free high-speed wireless services. Printing and faxing services are available for a nominal fee
