The HOA Board of Directors is an elected group of volunteer homeowners responsible for overseeing the management and long-term planning of our community. Their duties include hiring and supervising the management company, selecting contractors for neighborhood services, ensuring the community reserve fund adheres to government regulations, overseeing community covenant compliance, and making key decisions about future developments. Their efforts help maintain the quality, safety, and value of our neighborhood while fostering a thriving and welcoming community.
